I work virtually via Google Meet, a secure video conferencing tool.

 

Joining is easy and doesn't require software installation: Just click on the link you’ll receive in the booking confirmation email.

You will need a computer, webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection.

Meeting in person can be arranged as well, but it involves an extra fee. I’m based in London, UK. Please inquire.

My Story, Inspiration and Purpose

I felt the pain myself and I was stuck in many areas of my life.

I witnessed my struggles and the struggles of my loved ones.  

 

This inspired me to find a way to help people build more fulfilling lives, something I care about deeply.

On my journey, I learnt that our seemingly different issues are rooted in similar core sources. We're all in this together.


 

Seeing us all lost in the woods of psychology, struggling to find lasting methods, motivated me to research and find evidence-based methods that work.

 

My purpose is to help people alleviate their suffering, achieve their goals and build better lives for themselves.
